We use professional project management software: Trello, to manage all of our VAs and clients. If you’d like to be more hands-on with managing your VAs, we can set you up with your own task board in Trello which allows you to micro-manage your VAs and communicate with them in a single place!
If you instead want to communicate and manage your VAs through email communication, or through the phone - we can facilitate any management styles!
